Your data
Your work. Your data.
The data you entrust to software represents your business. Ownership, export and portability should be understandable, alongside the terms governing your relationship with the product.
01 · Ownership and export
Understand what you can take with you.
Your business data remains yours. Praxedia products provide export tools: formats, available content and procedures depend on the service and its applicable documentation.
Before choosing a product, you can ask which data and documents can be exported, in which formats and through which procedures. Check the operational and contractual details for the individual SaaS.
02 · Portability
Information you can use beyond the product.
Portability also involves understanding the data: references, relationships and documents should be assessed alongside the contents of the export.
IureSync can connect to a firm’s Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment for document management. In these configurations, files remain in the environment governed by the firm.
03 · Service changes
A relationship with clear terms.
The product contract governs updates, service changes and communication with customers. Notice periods, access after termination and export procedures are defined by the applicable documents.
Contact us before signing to discuss how these terms meet your organization’s requirements.
04 · Contractual continuity
Discuss the continuity your organization needs.
For organizations with specific requirements, we can assess service continuity terms and available contractual arrangements.
Source-code escrow with an independent third party can be considered for contracts that provide for it. Availability, costs and release conditions must be expressly agreed.
