Terms of use
Praxedia S.r.l. · Last updated: 2 August 2026
These terms govern the use of praxedia.com. They are not a supply agreement and grant no licence over any product: each product has its own contract, signed with the customer and governed by the conditions published on that product's own site.
The Italian text is the authoritative one. This English version is a courtesy translation; where the two diverge, the Italian prevails.
1Subject matter
Praxedia S.r.l. (“the Company”) publishes the website praxedia.com (“the Site”). These terms govern access to the Site and the use of its content by anyone who visits it (“the user”).
Access to the Site is open: it requires no registration, has no account area, and creates no contractual relationship with the Company.
The Site is informational and corporate in purpose. Through the Site the Company sells no goods or services, takes no orders, publishes no price list and concludes no contract.
2Who publishes the Site
The Site is published by Praxedia S.r.l., registered office at Via Comelico 18, 20135 Milan (MI), Italy. The company's full particulars appear in the legal notice and at the foot of every page, in compliance with art. 2250(7) of the Italian Civil Code, art. 35 of DPR 633/1972 and art. 7 of D.Lgs. 70/2003.
The only contact address the Company publishes is info@praxedia.com.
3Products and contractual relationships
ClimaSync and IureSync are products of the Company, each with its own site, contractual conditions and price list. A product's terms of use, its fees, its service levels and its data processing agreement are separate documents signed between the Company and the customer: these terms do not replace, supplement or interpret them.
Information published on the Site is not an offer to the public within the meaning of art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, nor a contractual proposal. A product description published here creates no right and binds the Company no further than the signed contract does.
4Intellectual property
The content of the Site — text, structure, graphic elements, images and code — belongs to Praxedia S.r.l. unless stated otherwise, and is protected by Italian law 633 of 22 April 1941 and by European copyright law.
Praxedia, ClimaSync and IureSync are trade names used by the Company for itself and for its products. Any other name, mark or logo mentioned belongs to its respective owner, and is cited descriptively only.
Short extracts from these pages may be quoted and reproduced with attribution — in a tender document, a vendor assessment, a dissertation or an article, for instance. Wholesale or systematic reproduction, translation or reworking presented as one's own, and reuse to build a competing service, are not permitted.
5Permitted use of the Site
The user shall not use the Site in a way that impairs its operation or its security: in particular by attempting unauthorised access, running load or denial-of-service tests, or extracting content automatically at a rate that degrades availability for other users.
Automated retrieval for indexing, archiving or answering a question put to an assistant is permitted within the limits set out in the Site's robots.txt, which is deliberately permissive.
Vulnerability reports are welcome and follow the conditions published on the security page. The Company takes no legal action against good-faith research that respects those conditions.
6The nature of the information, and which documents prevail
Information published on the Site is informational and describes the position at the time of publication. The Company takes care that it is accurate and current, but does not warrant that it is so at every moment, nor that it is complete for any particular need of the user.
The commitments described on the “Your data” and “Security” pages become binding to the extent that they are reproduced in the contract and in the data processing agreement. Where the Site and the contractual documents diverge, the contractual documents prevail.
Nothing published on the Site constitutes legal, tax or technical advice, and nothing replaces a professional's assessment of the actual case.
7Availability of the Site
The Company gives no continuity undertaking for the Site: it may change the content, reorganise the addresses, suspend it or stop publishing it at any time and without notice.
The availability target published on the security page applies to the products, not to this Site. An interruption of the Site has no effect on the services provided to customers.
8Links to third-party sites
The Site links to sites operated by third parties, including the product sites. The Company exercises no control over them and is not responsible for their content, their availability or the processing of personal data carried out there: each of those is governed by the notices published on that site.
Linking to this Site is free, provided the link points to an intact page and not into a frame that alters its appearance or its attribution, and provided it does not imply a commercial relationship, a partnership or an endorsement that does not exist.
9Liability
The Company is not liable for loss arising from the use or the inability to use the Site, nor for decisions taken by the user on the basis of the information published here alone.
The Company is not liable for interruptions or malfunctions attributable to the internet, to the user's devices or configuration, or to third-party services.
Liabilities that the law does not permit to be excluded remain unaffected in every case. In particular, under art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code, nothing in these terms limits the Company's liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10Personal data
The processing of personal data relating to this Site is described in the privacy notice. What is written to a visitor's device is described in the cookie policy.
For data that customers enter into the products, the customer is the controller and Praxedia S.r.l. acts as processor under GDPR art. 28: that relationship is governed by the agreement signed alongside the contract, and described on the security page.
11Changes to these terms
The Company may amend these terms at any time. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time of access, and it carries the date of the last change at the top. Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the published version.
Amendments have no retroactive effect and do not affect contractual relationships already in place, which remain governed by their own contracts.
12Language of the text
These terms are drawn up in Italian and translated into English for convenience. Where the two versions diverge, the Italian text prevails. The same applies to the privacy notice and the cookie policy.
13Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law.
The courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning the Site and these terms.
Where the user accesses the Site as a consumer, the mandatory jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or elected domicile under art. 66-bis of D.Lgs. 206/2005 remains unaffected, as do all the protections of the Italian Consumer Code.
